When I was close to 40 years old I found this yoga style called Vinyasa Flow and I got totally hooked. Since I had two small children there was no chance I could hang out at a yoga studio several times a week, so I found some real good instructors online and started practicing.
I have no background in gymnastics or dancing, but through dedication and a very methodic practice I managed to develop an advanced yoga practice in my living room, and I can help you do the same.
