How does it work?

I created this concept like a challenge where you month to month challenge yourself to do yoga 3 times/week as well as 30 minute cardio of your choice. 

Every Monday I post the weekly schedule in the closed Facebook group, combined with a checklist where you tick off the classes you have done. 

The weekly schedule is carefully curated to give you a versatile and fun weekly workout, and you can choose to do the classes I suggest, or other if you want to. 

When you have done a class, you post in the Facebook group and enjoy the cheers from your fellow yogis, and when your inspiration is low, their posts will help you get on the mat. 

Every month you get a unique live class with me, broadcasted only to this group.

The number of spots for the challenge is limited to 25 in order to keep it personal and familiar. 

The cost is $25/month  

There is no failure

You are challenging yourself, by investing time and money and setting a goal. If you don’t do all your classes during the week – we understand!

vinyasa flows

Most of the classes in my library are Vinyasa Flows. It is a dynamic yoga style, where you move breath to movement in a creative and playful way. 

I’m a huge fan of the flow, I think it’s a great way to connect your mind to your movement and creating a sort of moving meditation. I always build my flows very mindfully, if there is a peak pose at the end, I make sure your body is carefully prepared for it. 

Some flows have a specific focus area, some are just nice allround flows to get your moving. Some are intense and sweaty and others softer. 

They are all collected in sections to make it easy for you to pick one for today. 

yoga class library

When you are signed up you have full access to the constantly growing class library. 

The yoga class library contains a variety of vinyasa classes of different length and intensity and there is something for every day and every feeling. 

There are also drill classes and classes where we work towards a specific goal, for example an inversion or arm balance.

Facebook group

This group is invaluable! A community of engaged and enthusiastic yogis who will cheer you on! And of course I’m present here too, following every step of you yoga journey. 

I'm your instructor

The difference from most other online platforms is that I am present. Every two weeks I will go on Facebook Live and share for example an inspirational talk, a story from my own practice that week, a great tip, a short informational video and sometimes I’ll invite a yoga instructor friend and talk about something interesting. 

New weekly class

Every week I will upload at least one new class to the library and the library of drills, targeted trainings such as handstand trainings etc will also grow every month.

The online studio works perfectly on any device, meaning you can choose whatever you have available at the moment to do your practice.

There’s something special with a live class! In my challenge you get a monthly 60 minute live class which will then be available for you in the library to do as many times as you want.

It all started with online yoga

When I was close to 40 years old I found this yoga style called Vinyasa Flow and I got totally hooked. Since I had two small children there was no chance I could hang out at a yoga studio several times a week, so I found some real good instructors online and started practicing. 

I have no background in gymnastics or dancing, but through dedication and a very methodic practice I managed to develop an advanced yoga practice in my living room, and I can help you do the same. 

The Vinyasa Flows I offer are often strong, sweaty, playful and creative, exactly the way I like it. 

To me Vinyasa Flow is such a powerful tool to build a strong, flexible and healthy body. Both inside and outside.
