The programs

I currently offer 2 different programs; Power Sessions and Morning Sessions, and since I know we all have different goals, different amount of time to spend and different needs I have set up some different alternatives for the programs, as well as a combination of the two. 

power sessions

I created this program so that you will build a strong healthy mind and body using yoga. Each week will have a specific focus, it can for example be core, flexibility or a more spiritual focus like energy or confidence. 

You will get a weekly schedule with 2 or 3 classes depending on your choice, and a whole lot more.

Per week:

2 power classes / 1 slow class  – $20/month

1 power class / 1 slow class – $15/month

morning sessions

Don’t we all want to get off to that amazing start every day? My Morning Sessions will let you do exactly that! Every Monday-Friday at 6:00 there will be a new 15-20 minute morning session delivered to you, on email and Telegram. 

Focus of these classes will be to wake up the body, create a good feeling and set the intention for the day, to nurture awareness and mindfulness. There will be no sweating, just a gentle way to wake up and meet the world. 

Morning Sessions Mon-Fri – $20/month 

You can of course combine Morning Sessions and Power Sessions.

YOGA CLASS LIBRARY

When you are signed up you have full access to the constantly growing class library. 

The yoga class library contains a variety of vinyasa classes of different length and intensity and there is something for every day and every feeling. 

There are also drill classes and classes where we work towards a specific goal, for example an inversion or arm balance.

The online studio works perfectly on any device, meaning you can choose whatever you have available at the moment to do your practice. 

New weekly class(ES)

Every week I will upload at least one new class to the library and the library of drills, targeted trainings such as handstand trainings etc will also grow every month.

i'm your instructor!

The difference from most other online platforms is that I am present. Every two weeks I will go on Facebook Live and share for example an inspirational talk, a story from my own practice that week, a great tip, a short informational video and sometimes I’ll invite a yoga instructor friend and talk about something interesting. These videos will of course be available on the platform as well. 

Send me your video!

I know how valuable personal tips and feedback can be. Therefor I offer my members the opportunity to send me videos of them and I can give clear feedback on what they should be working on.

Let’s for example say you are working on your handstand and don’t feel any progress and don’t really know what areas you should be working on.

If you send me a video of you practicing your handstand I will instantly see what areas you need to strengthen or open up and I will also provide you will drills in order to do so.

LIVE CLASSES!

Of course there will be monthly live classes with me on Zoom! And they are included in your program! 

It all started with online yoga

When I was close to 40 years old I found this yoga style called Vinyasa Flow and I got totally hooked. Since I had two small children there was no chance I could hang out at a yoga studio several times a week, so I found some real good instructors online and started practicing. 

I have no background in gymnastics or dancing, but through dedication and a very methodic practice I managed to develop an advanced yoga practice in my living room, and I can help you do the same. 

The Vinyasa Flows I offer are often strong, sweaty, playful and creative, exactly the way I like it. 

To me Vinyasa Flow is such a powerful tool to build a strong, flexible and healthy body. Both inside and outside.
