Every week I will send you your weekly schedule containing the links to:
– 2 strong vinyasa classes that will make you sweat, build strength and get really fit
-1 slower class that will still be strong, but the pace is slower and there is a little bit more focus on flexibily and mobility
Classes will be between 20-45 minutes long
Each week will have a specific focus, for example Core strength, building up to a specific pose, gaining flexibility, feeling more energetic etc.
