Who is this program for? 

What connects the participants of this program is the will to build a strong, healthy and flexible body from the inside and out. Working your body in a sustainable way to make it last long. This means you might be rather new to yoga, or you have practiced for some time, but you are interested in your body and in the mind-body connection that yoga creates. 

You are interested in

the setup

You have the option to choose between two different setups, depending on how often you want to practice. 

3 classes /week

$20/month

Every week I will send you your weekly schedule containing the links to: 

– 2 strong vinyasa classes that will make you sweat, build strength and get really fit

-1 slower class that will still be strong, but the pace is slower and there is a little bit more focus on flexibily and mobility 

Classes will be between 20-45 minutes long

Each week will have a specific focus, for example Core strength, building up to a specific pose, gaining flexibility, feeling more energetic etc. 

2 classes / week

$15/month

Every week I will send you your weekly schedule containing the links to: 

– 1 strong vinyasa classes that will make you sweat, build strength and get really fit

-1 slower class that will still be strong, but the pace is slower and there is a little bit more focus on flexibily and mobility 

Classes will be between 20-45 minutes long

Each week will have a specific focus, for example Core strength, building up to a specific pose, gaining flexibility, feeling more energetic etc. 

  • Access to a closed Facebook group (Swedish or English) where you are encouraged to post pictures or posts about your practice, and get pep talk and inspiration from a global community. 
  • Access to all previous classes on the platform. The library is constantly growing. 
  • Option to send a monthly video to Emilie for personal feedback. 
  • Monthtly FREE 60 minute Live class on Zoom with Emilie 
  • Access to short drill classes and informational videos on the platform
