How does it work?

I created this concept like a challenge where you month to month challenge yourself to do yoga 3 times/week or 7 times a week, this is your personal goal.

Every Sunday day I update the app with the schedule for the upcoming week, combined with a checklist where you tick off the classes you have done. 

The weekly schedule is carefully curated to give you a versatile and fun weekly workout, and you can choose to do the classes I suggest, or others if you want to. 

When you have done a class, you post in the Facebook group and enjoy the cheers from your fellow yogis, and when your inspiration is low, their posts will help you get on the mat. 

The cost is $19/month  

There is no failure

You are challenging yourself, by investing time and money and setting a goal. If you don’t do all your classes during the week – we understand!

VINYASA FLOWS​

Most of the classes in my library are Vinyasa Flows. It is a dynamic yoga style, where you move breath to movement in a creative and playful way. 

I’m a huge fan of the flow, I think it’s a great way to connect your mind to your movement and creating a sort of moving meditation. I always build my flows very mindfully, if there is a peak pose at the end, I make sure your body is carefully prepared for it. 

Some flows have a specific focus area, some are just nice allround flows to get your moving. Some are intense and sweaty and others softer. 

They are all collected in sections to make it easy for you to pick one for today.

When you are signed up you have full access to the constantly growing class library. 

The yoga class library contains a variety of Vinyasa classes of different length and intensity and there is something for every day and every feeling. 

There are also drill classes and classes where we work towards a specific goal, for example an inversion or arm balance.

Weekly class & schedule

Every Wednesday it’s time for the new class of the week – it can be everything from a Vinyasa Flow to a Yin Yoga class. 

The library of drills, targeted trainings such as handstand trainings etc is also growing constantly.

I'm your instructor

The difference from most other online platforms is that I am present. I’ll be by present in the Facebook group and I’ll comment and cheer you forward. 

I will occasionally go on Facebook Live to share some tips and tricks and inspirational thoughts to help you grow on your yoga journey. 

And you can at any time send me a pic or video of yourself and I’ll promise to give you feedback and help.

I have just started my English Facebook group Friends of Gingerem yoga, so it’s still small, but I promise you it will grow to become a large community of engaged and enthusiastic yogis who will cheer you on! 

My experience from my Swedish group is that this community is invaluable to get you on your mat and to be inspired and thrilled to continue forward.

And of course I’m present here too, following every step of you yoga journey.

The app works perfectly on any device, meaning you can choose whatever you have available at the moment to do your practice. 

You can also download the classes if you know you will be out of network. This works as long as you are in the membership.

It all started with online yoga

When I was close to 40 years old I found this yoga style called Vinyasa Flow and I got totally hooked. Since I had two small children there was no chance I could hang out at a yoga studio several times a week, so I found some real good instructors online and started practicing. 

I have no background in gymnastics or dancing, but through dedication and a very methodic practice I managed to develop an advanced yoga practice in my living room, and I can help you do the same. 

The Vinyasa Flows I offer are often strong, sweaty, playful and creative, exactly the way I like it.
